Questions from home-service businesses

What about service areas, travel, and estimates?

Use your own process to confirm addresses, service areas, travel time and quotes. This page describes appointment booking, not automated routing, dispatch, or instant estimates.

Can I ask whether our visit types are a fit?

Yes. Tell us whether you arrange consultations, scheduled service visits, or other appointment-based work, and ask about category fit before planning a rollout.

Provider billing. Direct service payments.

Providers pay GetBookN for their subscription, managed through Stripe. Customers pay providers directly outside GetBookN. GetBookN does not collect appointment payments, deposits, tips, cancellation fees, or no-show fees.

A customer card may be verified as an identity and abuse-deterrent signal. GetBookN never charges that card.
