GetBookN LLC ("GetBookN", "we", "us", or "our") operates the GetBookN mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information: When you create an account or book an appointment, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, operating system, app version, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is collected via Microsoft Azure Application Insights.
Location Data: If you enable location services, we may collect your approximate location to help you find nearby service providers. You can disable this in your device settings at any time.

- Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use Microsoft Azure to host our services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of a verified request, unless retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Opt out of marketing communications
- Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe feature

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetBookN application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetBookN is an appointment scheduling platform that connects customers with service providers. We facilitate online booking, payment processing, reminders, and business management tools for service professionals.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
4. Service Providers
Service providers who register on GetBookN are independent businesses, not employees or agents of GetBookN. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers. Disputes between customers and providers should be resolved directly between the parties.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment through the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund policies are set by individual service providers. GetBookN may charge service providers a platform fee for use of our payment processing features.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation policies are set by individual service providers. Providers may charge cancellation fees or retain deposits for late cancellations or no-shows as specified in their booking terms. GetBookN is not responsible for enforcing or arbitrating cancellation disputes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GetBookN LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETBOOKN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. When you submit a deletion request, we will:
- Delete your account and profile information
- Remove your appointment history and personal details
- Anonymize any data required for legal or financial record-keeping
- Complete the deletion within 30 days of a verified request
How to request data deletion:
- In the app: Go to Settings β Account β Delete My Data
- By email: Send a request to privacy@getbookn.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
