How do I pay for my appointment?
Customers pay providers directly outside GetBookN. Arrange payment with your provider. GetBookN does not collect appointment payments, deposits, tips, cancellation fees, or no-show fees.
Why might I be asked to verify a card?
Where card verification is required, Stripe verifies a card as an abuse-deterrent identity signal. GetBookN never charges that card. Verification is separate from paying your provider for their services.
